This portal is available for you to manage or access Patient Entertainment System accounts at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Accounts must first be created at the bedside unit in order to add funds to the current inpatient account.

Patients currently admitted within Fiona Stanley Hospital:

From the home screen of your bedside Entertainment Unit, click “My Account”, then “View Account - Patient Portal” to access or set up your PES account.

For Family & Friends depositing funds for a patient:

• Please use the email address and password that has been emailed to you in the “Access Granted to Fiona Stanley Hospital Patient Portal Account” email.
• If you do not have account access then the patient within the facility must first create an account via the bedside unit.
• From within the Patient Portal on the bedside unit, select the “Add Access to this Account” to generate the access email.
• Please ensure you access a patient account using the details in the email or you will be unable to access the patient bedside account you wish to deposit funds to.
